It’s been a great month in real estate—new listings taken, properties under contract, and closings at the table. Most importantly, lots of happy buyers and sellers!

Shut down my computer at 9:30 on a Saturday night… that’s dedication. So what do you do after a day like that?

You head to a friend’s house for a BBQ with some great friends. Half the crowd was at one table deep into dominoes, the other half at the “grown-up” table enjoying adult beverages and singing karaoke.

Can you guess which table I was at? 🎤😄

Sometimes you just have to let your hair down, unwind, and enjoy the moment. Balance is everything!

We took some time to celebrate the incredible achievements of our RE/MAX Direct agents with a fun bowling day filled with laughs, great conversations, and even better connections. It’s always a great reminder that behind every transaction is a team that supports, motivates, and lifts each other up.

Tonight, I joined members and friends of the Coral Springs community on the City Hall lawn for a candlelight vigil, coming together to mourn the passing of our beloved Vice Mayor, Nancy Metayer.

Nancy was someone who truly made a difference. Her warmth, kindness, and genuine spirit touched so many of us, and it was evident in the outpouring of love and support tonight.

I feel grateful to have witnessed the impact she had on this community. Her legacy will live on in the lives she touched and the positive change she helped create.

Her light will continue to shine in Coral Springs.

May she rest in eternal peace.

Let the good times roll—and that we did—as we partied with a purpose at the 18th Annual CrAwFiSh bOiL. 🦞

This year was especially meaningful as we paid tribute to our late friend, Robin Terrill N4HHP—one of the original cooks for . His legacy, spirit, and love for bringing people together were felt throughout the entire event.

With more than 200 revelers in attendance, the generosity of this incredible community made a real difference, benefiting Children’s Harbor, Inc. and Feeding South Florida - two amazing organizations doing vital work in our community.

We danced the night away to live music from “Night Court,” a South Florida rock and roll band that has supported the bOiL for many years, and enjoyed the company of longtime friends while making plenty of new ones.

Thank you Mark Lavallee for hosting this event once again. You and your team did an amazing job!

Great food, great music, great people—and all for a great cause. That’s what it’s all about.
