Just Closed! Growing up in Deer Creek and visiting my grandmother in this Deer Creek condo for many years before she passed, it is bittersweet to see this one sell. The seller had a big decision on whether to re-lease it or sell it. I listed it for both and got offers on both sides. Ultimately, we took a cash offer and have passed on this great unit to a snowbird who will make memories of her own.
