A Beautiful Community with a Truly Remarkable Staff! Moving to Florida from my longtime home in Arkansas after my husband unexpectedly passed away was a massive transition. At nearly 80 years old, I needed safety, peace of mind, and proximity to my family. My daughter found The Preserve Cypress Hammock in Coconut Creek, and it has been the absolute perfect place to call home. I live in a spacious, beautifully renovated one-bedroom apartment with a gorgeous lake and fountain view that my kitty, Bella, and I absolutely love. The property itself is stunning, but it is the people here who make it truly exceptional: • The Maintenance Team: Exceptionally friendly, polite, and they address any requests at lightning speed. • Kim (Office Manager): One of the sweetest, most personable individuals you will ever meet. • Laurette (Leasing Consultant): Laurette is the absolute star of this property and the definition of elite customer care. When I first requested an attached garage, there was a long waitlist. Laurette went completely out of her way to secure me one quickly, even though it was a longer walk away in an adjacent building. Months later, she surprised me with a phone call saying a garage opened up right in my own building. She told me she was continuously bothered by the thought of me, at 80 years old, having to walk that distance and was determined to find me a better solution. Laurette’s deep compassion, empathy, and initiative to look out for me behind the scenes is incredibly rare. Thanks to her, I just happily renewed my lease for a 3rd year. If you want a beautiful home where the staff genuinely treats you like family, I cannot recommend this property enough!
