Darcie Lunsford specializes in the representation of landlords in the leasing of office buildings in Palm Beach and Broward counties. Darcie and her team executed more than 71 transactions in 2018, generating more than $65 million in aggregate lease and sale value on behalf of clients. Darcie has a proven track record in the lease up, reposition and rebranding of office assets. Among her notable assignments was the full renovation, rebranding and re-tenanting of the largest office tower in northwest Broward, where her team increased occupancy from 20 percent to 80 percent in 24 months, raising rents by 33 percent. Darcie also oversaw the rapid lease up of the landmark Bank of America building in downtown Pompano Beach, taking occupancy from 50 percent to 92 percent, then sold it at a record capitalization rate for that submarket. Darcie is now engaged in the marketing, rebranding and re- tenanting of the 1489-1499 Palmetto Park Road office campus in Boca Raton. The 150,000-square-foot campus is undergoing extensive renovations. In the first phase, Darcie has successfully repositioned the asset from a Class C to a Class A building, procuring 60,000 square feet of new high-quality, credit tenants and nearly doubling base rents. Darcie is also overseeing the reposition of 1690 Congress in Delray, the office component of the $200 million Delray Centerpointe mixed-use district. Darcie and her team have executed 45,000 square feet of leases, generating $5.5 million in aggregate value for the landlord in 2019. Darcie also serves as the 2019 President for the South Florida Chapter of NAIOP, the nation’s largest commercial real estate development association and her leasing team was recognized as a finalist for top office brokerage team in 2018. She is president-elect for the state chapter of NAIOP, which sets and executes the legislative/lobbying objectives for Florida’s CRE industry. Prior to joining the Butters team, Darcie spent 22 years as a journalist. Darcie served as real estate editor of the South Florida Business Journal and rose to national president-elect of the Society of Professional Journalists, the nation’s oldest and largest journalism and free press advocacy organization. Caroline Fleischer specializes in office leasing in South Florida, representing corporate occupiers and landlords. Fleischer was the Managing Principal of Cresa’s South Florida office. Fleischer’s sole focus was on Occupier Representation and subleasing exclusively in the South Florida office markets. With 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, she is known as one of the top office producers in the region, nominated as a finalist for Broker of the Year through NAIOP in 2012, 2013, 2015, and 2017 because of her hard work and dedication in the local business community. Fleischer worked as one of the lead commercial real estate tenant rep brokers for Cushman & Wakefield for 10+ years representing on average 500,000 SF of leasing transactions each year over year. While at Cushman & Wakefield, she represented over 300,000 SF of occupier services for three (3) consecutive years for the State of Florida Agencies; she worked with the State of Florida Attorney General in their renewal in the downtown Fort Lauderdale market, several DMV agencies throughout South Florida, the Department of Administrative Hearings in the WPB urban core, and more. She began her career as a Property Manager and then proceeded to get her Brokers License and worked as an agency broker for 15 years prior to transitioning to the tenant rep side of the business for ComReal Fort Lauderdale. She has represented over 1M square feet of office product for owners and asset managers throughout her career representing assets owned by such industry giants such the Rockefeller Group, New Boston Fund, the Hogan Group, TIAA-CREF, CMD Properties, UBS, and more. She is a key strategist and consultant to her clients offering the best, most practical and trend setting ideas for her occupiers. Caroline’s continued success earned her an Honoree Award in 2016 for being the Most Influential Business Women in Dade, Broward & Palm Beach Counties by the South Florida Business Journal. Sky Butters specializes in office lease up and retention of tenants in southern Palm Beach and Broward county. Sky was allotted the lead position at the 950 Peninsula Corporate building where she increased occupancy from 65% to 94% in less than a year, attracting credit tenants through the use of segmented marketing strategies. More recently, she has been assigned to 1489 W. Palmetto, the second building of the Palmetto Park Road office campus to undergo full renovation as it reintroduces itself to the market place.
