Before I helped relocation buyers move to Wyoming, I was one myself.
My family’s connection to Northwest Wyoming started years before we ever lived here. We’d visit, head home, and immediately start talking about when we could come back. Every trip seemed a little harder to leave than the one before.
Inevitably, we finally made the move to Cody.
Going through that experience changed how I view real estate.
Because relocating, especially across state lines, isn’t just about finding a house.
It’s figuring out schools, healthcare, internet service, neighborhoods, community, and whether a place truly fits the life you’re trying to build.
That’s exactly why I founded Expedition Realty.
The name comes from the belief that every move is a journey—especially when you’re relocating. There are exciting moments, unexpected challenges, and a lot of decisions along the way. My goal is to help people navigate that journey with confidence and clarity.
Today, I help families, retirees, remote workers, and outdoor enthusiasts discover what life is really like in Cody, and throughout Northwest Wyoming.

What first got you interested in Wyoming?
