I had the privilege of representing both the buyers and sellers on this amazing transaction. It was truly a pleasure working with both sides on this tenant-purchased home and I look forward to staying in touch with them!
Before listing the home, I decided to have a conversation with the 6 year tenant on the benefits of owning real estate V.S. renting it. She understood fully, and agreed to purchase the house; now earning equity while paying her mortgage!!

I was recently able to close on this wonderful 3,100 sqft Hayden, ID home that sits on 2/3 of an acre near the wonderful Hayden lake Country Club. This transaction took a little over 3 months to close due to a seller contingency, but we were able to remain patient, persistent and very happy to see it to the closing table with my buyers! :)
