Great Northern Home Inspections is a proud locally owned and operated business in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho offering residential inspections with an additional service of infrared imaging. We serve many parts of north Idaho such as but not limited to Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, Hayden, Rathdrum, Sandpoint.
At Great Northern Home Inspections our mission is to provide our clients with honesty, professionalism and quality service. We pride ourselves on giving detailed and elaborate reports to clients with an itemized overview of the residence. Having the latest FLIR infrared camera technology we are capable of finding deficiencies behind walls and closed off areas.
As a experienced construction worker I have developed a keen eye for detail, which carry’s over into the inspection industry. Working on complete builds has helped me tremendously with understanding how a building is suppose to come together from start to finish.
