Hey everyone! I’ve been excited to share this.

Over the last few years of working in real estate—especially with new construction—there’s been one recurring challenge: marketing a home before it’s actually built. Buyers want to see the space, and builders want something accurate to represent their product… but the options out there just didn’t fit what I needed.

High-end architectural renderings look amazing, but the price tags are steep for only getting a small amount of renderings in return.
On the other end, the quick AI tools don’t match the actual layout, finishes, builder expectations, and are not to scale.

There was nothing in the middle.

So I started creating my own renderings to bridge that gap… and I ended up really enjoying it.

Today I’m launching Derrick Design Studios — something I’m doing alongside my real estate career, not instead of it. It’s simply a service built out of a problem I kept running into: the need for clean, accurate visuals that bring builder plans to life.
