The real estate market has been so wild since Covid and it's continuing the trend!
What does all this mean? Just that people are content where they are for now. It actually says nothing about a bursting bubble or the economy at this point.

This is actually a decent article on home buying. I disagree with the adjustable rate mortgage, but other than that it gives you some good things to think about.

For the data junkies out there, here are some graphs showing mortgage, forclosure, and delinquency information. Don't forget that during covid their was a moratorium on forclusures so those numbers are artificially low.
