We received an inquiry about this unique commercial property about once every other week or so since we listed it several months ago. Most people just had questions about it…

What is it?
Is the building useable?
How big is the lot?
Is their sewer?
What is the septic situation?
Who owns it?

Then people would share….
It needs to be torn down.

We persevered, learned a lot about the history of the awesome building and found out that structurally it was very sound and the possibilities were endless.

We helped the buyer and the seller come together and the buyer has plans to make the building and the over acre-sized into a fun space the entire community can enjoy!
