Before Greg had a real estate strategy, he had a Dante’s Peak strategy.
Turns out Greg has ALWAYS been a man with a plan. 😂
Long before he was strategizing real estate deals, he was working an angle in Wallace, Idaho — the self-proclaimed “Center of the Universe” — when Hollywood came to town to film Dante’s Peak. 🌋🎬
Greg has some fun stories from that time and there couldn’t have been a better place to hear them than from behind the bar of this extraordinary North Idaho home.
Because the best spaces aren’t just beautiful. They’re the places where people pull up a chair, stay longer than they planned, laugh, connect and share stories
This bar did exactly that.
A pretty great reminder that behind every home — and every real estate guy — there are some good stories. And apparently Greg’s been a clever problem solver since his Dante’s Peak 15 minutes of fame. 😂

Cedars restaurant has been floating on the Spokane River since 1965.
Inside, it’s nautical-lodge in the best way: dark wood, warm light, a bar that’s clearly seen decades of good nights, and windows that wrap the whole room since the layout is circular — so wherever you’re sitting, you’re enjoying waterfront views. Boat up or drive down- just minutes south of downtown cda on 95. It’s one of those spots that just feels like North Idaho.
The long weekend’s a good excuse to go —
