This one was riddled with contingencies and obstacles that my clients and myself navigated through before we were able to close on this transaction. Getting it under contract and closing on it required a lot of time spent on this one. We had this parcel surveyed. Our engineer & builder did a great job planning for this and putting together everything before we were able to finish our pre-application meeting with the city.
