s story began in the small farming/ranch town of Oakley, Idaho. Through participating in 4-H, FFA, earning his Eagle Scout award, playing multiple sports and running a lawn mowing business he learned early the value of grit, follow-through, and lending a hand. After earning both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Idaho State University, he started a career at the Idaho National Laboratory. But it didn’t take long for Josh to realize he wasn’t meant to sit behind a desk. He followed his instincts north to Coeur d’Alene, working as a bartender and eventually buying a Line-X franchise, where he sharpened his business skills and built relationships that would later shape his real estate career. By the time he earned his license in 2008, he’d already developed a deep understanding of service, community, and what it takes to run a successful business. Today, Josh is known for his authenticity, dedication, and no-nonsense approach.
