“I want to live in a bad or poorly funded school district”, said no one ever. There are people and entities out there that would like you to believe passing the May 16th school levy will:
*Increase your property taxes significantly
*Enable the indoctrination of our kids
*That the schools are at war with your kids

This is all propaganda and fear mongering. Period.

What the KIDS get with the passing of the levy is this:
*Security at our schools (SRO officer, nurses, counselors)
*Much needed building maintenance
*Ensure 100’s of much needed teachers and staff aren’t laid off
*Retain extracurricular activities (sports, band, theater, arts)
*Ensure the doors stay open at vulnerable schools

Nearly everyone you know has benefited from a local K-12 education. Let’s not let NOT passing the levy happen again! Please SHARE if you support, and make sure to VOTE YES MAY 16th!!

We don’t have a crystal ball and there’s no way to give you perfect information, but based on recent info we have a fairly decent outlook on the housing market for next year!
We all know the housing market in North Idaho from 2020 into the first half of 2022 was like riding a 🚀! It was exciting for sellers, but also unsustainable and unhealthy for our local community.
We finally reached a correction point this year, and we expect to see this correction into next year. Read through the slides for 5 trends we expect to see in 2023.
