My Testimonial: It’s a “HIGH-Needs” Calling 👆🏼
All my life, I’ve been a “refiner.” Always looking at rooms, houses, and details, instinctively knowing how they could be made better. Eventually, it led me to become an investor (renovating, restoring, and staging homes) ... and in time, in 2008 I became a REALTOR®.
As a REALTOR®, I have always enjoyed going further, being “all-in”and “hands-on”. I ALWAYS put “skin in the game”, am more accessible, and am harder working than most professionals in my field. I eagerly share wisdom, provide research, gather bids, negotiate with contractors, and oversee their work (at no cost).
I’ve been known to freely finish cosmetic repairs (left undone for years), challenge repairmen trying to take advantage of clients (saving thousands), move furniture, assist with packing and decluttering, provide free staging, and so much more ... all along, fighting the message from my peers that doing MORE without charging additional fees was a sign of unprofessionalism.
As a result, I’ve discovered that God has been sending me more and more high-needs clients, and I feel blessed every time! (Often, these are the families who need to maximize their profits most, yet are more likely to fall prey to unscrupulous contractors, intimidating buyers, or entitled agents, who would rather list their home for less than put in the work to provide what their client truly needs).
So far, with His help, everyone He’s sent me has received top dollar, experienced a fast sale, and saved thousands!
