Hello 2025! Who else is excited to see what this New Year will bring to our area's housing market? 🙋‍♂️

The market closed out 2024 strong! The median sales price sits at $526,500, with homes sold increasing by 13.2% compared to last year. Available inventory rose 9.1% year-over-year but dipped 20.7% from last month, reflecting seasonal shifts. Homes closed in about 96 days, with 2,449 homes sold YTD, up 13.2%.

The median sales price sits at $526,292, and though inventory has dipped by 10.6% from last month, it remains competitive for buyers. Homes are closing with a similar time frame as recent months.
