Country living in North Idaho isn’t for everyone… but for some of us, it’s kinda perfect. Why?

• Having horse property so your “morning commute” includes feeding horses instead of sitting in traffic
•Neighbors wave at you when the drive by
• Trading street noise for roosters, coyotes, and the occasional “what was THAT?” at 2am
• Your dog lives a better, freer life than most people
• The random snow days aren’t a surprise… they’re a lifestyle
• You own more Carhartt than “going out” clothes
• Bonfires > bars, every single time
• You casually say things like “I’ll just plow the driveway real quick”
• Wildlife sightings are part of your daily routine (yes, including moose)
• You measure distance in minutes… but also in road conditions
• Peace, quiet, and views that never get old .

Would you survive country living… or run back to the city after the first snowfall? If you’re craving this vibe, shoot us a message of give us a call and let’s get you some land with some horses!

Why do some people move away from North Idaho? The truth is, the place isn’t for everyone.

•They thought “4 seasons” meant mild weather
•They weren’t ready for 7 months of flannel
•They wanted convenience… not dirt roads
•They like traffic (we can’t relate)
•They didn’t realize “plans” = last minute + outdoors
•They wanted nightlife… we wanted sunrise on the lake

Truth is—North Idaho isn’t for everyone.
But if it is for you… there’s nowhere better.

Most men spend their whole career running from meekness — thinking it means weakness.

Retired Navy SEAL Neil Dyer spent his entire military career believing the same thing.
Then he learned the truth.
Meekness = Strength Under Control.
The word actually comes from Roman soldiers — used to describe war horses taken from wild rebellion and trained for battle. The most powerful animals on earth, fully controlled.

That’s what God calls his warriors to be.

🎙️ This is just a small piece of an incredible conversation. Watch the full episode with Neil Dyer on the North Idaho Experience — available on YouTube and all major podcast platforms. Link in bio.

Some of us talk ALL…DAY…LONG. The majority of our job is being the advocate for our clients and that means a lot of FaceTime with people. Talking with our clients, inspectors, other agents, lenders, Escrow and Title reps, appraisers. And sometimes our client’s father in-law that thinks they know better than us.

It pays to talk…literally😜
