What a great team to be a part of!
As we reflect on the past several years, all of us at Thomasville Homes are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be part of the growth of the City of Coffeyville.
Over the past few years, we’ve had the privilege of building 15 new homes within the Coffeyville city limits, along with several beautiful custom homes just outside the city limits. We’re excited to share that we have plans for many more homes in the years ahead. Our mission has always been to build quality homes while helping meet the housing needs of Coffeyville and the surrounding area.
None of this would have been possible without the outstanding support and partnership of so many individuals and organizations.
A heartfelt thank you to the City of Coffeyville and its exceptional leadership:
• City Manager Ben Brubaker for his vision, leadership, and commitment to community growth.
• Amber Dean, Community Development Director, for her dedication to helping move housing initiatives forward.
• City Inspectors Kyle Bell and Matt Conger for their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to work alongside builders to keep projects moving.
• The entire City Water Department and City Electric Department teams for always being there when we needed them.
We would also like to recognize Mike Ewy with Coffeyville Industries and Jeff Stewart with Solutions North Bank. Your encouragement, partnership, and belief in what we’re building have made a tremendous difference.
We’re especially thankful for the opportunities created through the Kansas Moderate Income Housing (MIH) Program. This initiative helps communities expand the availability of quality housing by providing funding that bridges the gap between today’s construction costs and affordable home prices for working families. Programs like MIH strengthen neighborhoods, attract new residents, create jobs, and help communities like Coffeyville continue to grow and thrive.

Rex Jordan, my right-hand man and a great friend, has been beside me through every challenge and every success. His work ethic, loyalty, and dedication are second to none.
Kerri Fort is the person who keeps everything organized behind the scenes. Whether she’s handling the mountain of paperwork or jumping in wherever she’s needed, her commitment keeps our projects moving forward every day.
Roberto Diaz is truly our jack of all trades. No matter the task, Roberto is always willing to step up, solve problems, and do whatever it takes to get the job done right.
Brent Gehling is another invaluable member of our team. He’s always ready to tackle any challenge, lend a hand wherever needed, and consistently goes above and beyond. His versatility and positive attitude make him an essential part of what we do.
To everyone who has played a role—our city leaders, community partners, lenders, Realtors, subcontractors, suppliers, employees, friends, and homeowners—thank you. Your support has helped Thomasville Homes become part of Coffeyville’s story, and we don’t take that for granted.
