This month, we're shining a light on William Fitzgerald, one of the talented agents behind Coldwell Banker Commercial Prime Properties.
William's path into commercial real estate started about ten years ago, when he developed his own land for his family to build a house on. That project sparked an idea: this was something he could do full time. He called Ken Raymond, who got him started in the business.
From there, William found his niche in land development and warehouse/industrial properties, after someone he knew gave him a chance to lease some large warehouse space in Glens Falls — an opportunity that shaped the direction of his career ever since.
Ask him what separates a good broker from a great one, and William doesn't hesitate: consistency. Being someone who follows through and does what he says he'll do.
Outside of work, family is everything. William has four children, all under the age of 12, who keep him plenty busy — and this summer, he's been introducing them to golf, a new family pastime he's truly enjoying.
