Great real estate opportunities don’t happen by accident they’re built through knowledge, relationships, and staying connected to the right resources.

I had the opportunity to attend the Community Preservation Corporation (CPC) Developer Resources Summit in Poughkeepsie, where developers, lenders, housing professionals, and community partners came together to discuss financing, development, and the future of housing.

As a real estate advisor and investor, I believe it’s my responsibility to keep learning so I can better serve my clients and help them make informed investment decisions.

I’m looking forward to bringing what I learned back to the Capital Region and continuing to help clients build wealth through strategic real estate moves.

On Sunday, April 26, 2026 at 2PM, GBK is hosting a FREE 529 College Savings Account Collegiate Scholars of Tomorrow Relaunch Event at The West Hill Community Center – 520 Livingston Ave, Albany, NY 12206.

Grades 3–12 are welcome (We even have scholarship sign-ups/applications for our young people in 12th-grade!!). At the event, families can:
✔️ Sign children up for a 529 college savings account
✔️ Get help opening or updating an existing account, and get a deposit from us into the account!
✔️ Let kids enjoy supervised basketball, gym, Art activities & play games to win prizes!
