Founded in 2016 by brother/sister team Anthony LePage and Laura LePage Tarlo. The vision behind this business started with a dream to renovate their home town of Cohoes, NY one building at a time. Anthony brings a construction and contracting background to the company while Laura brings her interior design and marketing skills. Together they strive to provide clients with custom home options within their community and beyond.

The future of Dartmouth Street is taking shape. 🏡✨

Milltown Homes is working to transform and clean up the corner of Dartmouth Street in Cohoes, bringing new life and thoughtfully designed housing to the neighborhood.

The townhomes pictured on the left are the actual completed building, while the townhomes on the right are a rendering of what’s still to come!
