Closing Day! 🏡

Just helped a great friend purchase his first investment property, and a triplex at that!!

We’ve officially named it The Green Goblin 🟢👹 and I couldn’t be more proud of him for making the jump. Investing in real estate is one of the best ways to build long-term wealth, and this is just the beginning.

While I was away on vacation, we officially closed on the sale of this home, and I couldn’t be more relieved.

This was easily one of the most stressful transactions I’ve experienced. The closing was rescheduled 4 different times due to repeated ( out of state) lender errors, creating unnecessary delays and complications for everyone involved. At one point, the sellers were understandably close to walking away, but through a lot of communication, patience, and teamwork, we managed to hold everything together and keep the deal moving forward.

Situations like this are a strong reminder of how important it is to work with a trusted, local lender who understands Vermont laws, communicates clearly, and stays closely involved throughout the process.

I’m incredibly grateful for the people who stepped up and helped get us across the finish line. A special thank you to my colleague, Chris Williams, for attending the closing on my behalf and holding everything together while I was out of state.

Despite the challenges, we got it done. Congratulations to everyone involved.

This investment property closed the day before the New Year 🥳with some very good friends of mine. So proud of them. It was the perfect way to wrap up 2025.

Real estate is truly a wild ride. One day you’re celebrating, the next day you’re triple-checking contracts, drinking to much coffee, and reminding yourself to breathe. 😅

Just yesterday, I had a deal fall apart 7 days before closing ( through no fault of our own). Today? I put another great home under contract, you honestly never know what the day will bring.

It’s unpredictable, emotional, fast-paced, and full of incredible connections… and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I’m ending the year with so much gratitude, for all the people I’ve met along the way, the clients who became friends, and what an amazing year this truly was.
