This one is extra special! I’ve been working with these buyers for over a year, and I absolutely adore them. We’ve toured lots of homes, written multiple offers, shared plenty of laughs along the way, and we finally found the perfect one!

A huge congratulations to my seller/buyer!

This week, we closed on the sale of his current home at 290 Barrett Lane and on his beautiful new construction home. Everything lined up perfectly, with both closings and moving into his new home happening within just a couple of days. Being part of the entire new build process and watching it all come together was so rewarding and so much fun.

This one is definitely bittersweet. He has been one of those clients who made my job so much fun. We were constantly texting, joking, and checking in throughout each milestone.

A big thank you to all of the Realtors, lenders, transaction coordinators, attorneys, and the awesome group at Snyder homes, who helped make both of these transactions go so smoothly!

I was especially excited for this one! This is a home I've always loved. Every time I've driven by it over the years, I've admired the incredible views and beautiful setting.

The moment my buyers saw it, I knew it was the one. We ended up in a multiple offer situation, but with a strong strategy, we came out on top!
