Peggy Moriarty is a licensed associate broker and member of prestigious Gold Circle of Excellence, as well as a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR). She began her real estate career at Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, immediately rising to success by becoming Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty’s top production leader within the entire organization. She has continuously been a multi-million dollar producer specializing in the Cold Spring Harbor School District area. Originally an art teacher, Peggy went onto work for Sotheby’s auction house in customer relations and then continued on to real estate. Her personal accomplishments include her membership in the Cultural Arts Committee & founding member of the Arts Booster Club for Cold Spring Harbor High School which built the art gallery at the high school. She was also a member of the Committee to Designate Historic Homes in Lloyd Harbor & Member of the Board for both the Huntington Winter Club & Lloyd Neck Bath Club. Today, Peggy focuses on selling real estate; working to achieve the highest price possible for her sellers. Her aptitude for understanding people and her history as a member of the Lloyd Harbor community for over 25 years has earned her recognition both professionally and personally.
