If you are looking for a two bedroom apartment, a two bedroom with a den duplex or a three bedroom duplex, I have availability to move in before school starts.
I have a three bedroom duplex ready tomorrow renting for $1504, one late July, mid-August and one in October. The two bedroom with a den rents for $1454 and is available late July early / August. These have washer / dryer hookups. The two bedroom apartments $1114 (some have w/d hookups) are ready August 11th and one in October. I just received a notice for a one bedroom renting for $889 which will be ready September 22nd.

Friday 12/16 the offices will be closed most of the day for a company outing. We will be closed on Monday December 26th in observance of the holiday.
