ISO maintenance personnel for Sturgis Michigan. 4 Multi Family complexes. Position is on a 1099 bases as contracted. Work includes remodeling of vacant units as well as maintenance issues that arise.

ISO maintenance person for our Battle Creek and Galesburg Multi unit apartment complex. Pay is great and work is Easy. We have some vacants that need touch up paint and very few maintenance requests. Communication skills is an absolute must between manager and maintenance personnel. Pay is on a 1099 basis and must have own tools.This is a team work position and person needs team work attitude.Please message me for more information.
