We are hiring! Come join our team!

We are seeking a full time Maintenance Technician whose responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining and repairing different areas of the property. This is achieved by performing work orders, assisting in the maintenance of interior and exterior systems and preparing apartments for occupancy according to protocols.

On-call nights/weekends will be required.

Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

CPO or CFC certifications are a HUGE plus, but not required. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, interior/exterior repairs, janitorial , painting/drywall, appliances, etc.

Must own reliable transportation with a valid drivers license.
