Honestly, we haven't been getting a lot of shoppers - partly due to an error in the real estate database that left us out of a lot of geographical searches for the first critical month, and partly because people don't realize what an amazing location this is! You can get to the freeway in just a few minutes, then it's only 10-15 minutes down to Auburn, a half-hour to Grass Valley, or an hour up the hill to Truckee and Tahoe. And beautiful weather! - usually 7-10 degrees cooler than Roseville/Auburn in the summer, yet only a taste of snow in most winters.

So, to excite and entice more people into making that extra 10-15 drive up the hill from Auburn, or across the hill from Grass Valley, we're lowering the price on this magnificent resort-style home! The house is now priced BELOW the typical cost-per-square-foot of most of the upscale homes in the area, but has such incredible added values(!): solar, Tesla batteries, TWO garages (one is RV height), a separate RV barn, gorgeous pool, several decks... and now another $21,000 off!
