We are excited to announce that Aviation Landing is about to take off!

Terrapin Development Company, in collaboration with 4 Castles, Mosaic Development Partners, and the University of Maryland, is thrilled to have been chosen to develop a county-owned parcel as part of the larger Aviation Landing Project.

This transit-oriented development in the Discovery District will include mixed-income housing, retail, office, and university uses and will be located at a key node of the purple, green and yellow line stations.

We are excited and ready to take flight with our crew to create and sustain a strong sense of place that reflects the residents and businesses of the County.

Aviation Landing is expected to generate $370 million in annual economic output and create an estimated 2,700 full-time permanent jobs upon completion.
