HIRING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
We are a property management company looking for a personable and responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our property managers, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Responsibilities include answering phones, routing calls, corresponding with tenants and agents, inputting maintenance work orders, and completing rental verifications.
The ideal candidate should be organized, have excellent oral and written customer service skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like Appfolio, Zipforms, Docusign, and Dropbox. If you have previous experience as an Administrative Assistant and familiarity within real estate and property management, we’d like to meet you!
Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, and letters
• Provide general support to visitors
• Input call-in maintenance requests
• Answer questions from tenants and outside agents
• Open and close the office each day
• Process rental verifications
• Draw up paperwork as needed by Management
Skills Required:
• Proven experience in customer service or as an administrative assistant
• Knowledge of Appfolio, Zipforms, and Docusign (or similar software)
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and scanners
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• High School degree or College degree; additional qualification as a Real Estate or Property Management assistant is a plus
