🎣 Bass Pro Shops is moving forward, and there's even more planned for Midtown!

City Council approved purchase and economic development agreements Thursday for the 28-acre development in South College Station. Alongside the planned 98,000-square-foot Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World, the development will feature additional shopping, dining and a public plaza for community gatherings and events.

Bass Pro Shops is expected to open in 2028. And there's more happening across College Station! Sprouts Farmers Market opens Friday, Dave & Buster's opens Oct. 26, and Tecovas and Aerie are coming to Century Square later this year.

College Station's Midtown district is getting a boost with the addition of Bass Pro Shops and a mixed-use development. 🎣

The outdoor retailer's 20th location will occupy 98,000 square feet and is expected to bring millions in taxable sales to the area. City officials outlined proposed incentive agreements, and the council is set to take formal action later this month.

The development also includes retail, dining and event space from the Corinth Group.

Dave & Buster's is bringing arcade games, bar food and drinks to College Station this October. 🎮 🍔

The $12.8 million project transformed the former Conn's space at Post Oak Mall into a 31,000-square-foot entertainment destination. It's the second bar and arcade to open in Bryan-College Station in recent months, joining Final Score Sports Bar & Arcade downtown.
