Stay warm and safe! For over two decades, starting in 2003, our mission has been to build sustainable, attainable homes that offer comfort in the face of any storm - be it snow, rain, tornadoes, earthquakes, or floods. These photos showcase some of our favorite snowy moments with our family and a few Project Navy Blue highlights. It's a testament to the resilience of kids who've experienced their fair share of natural wonders. Snowpants and sunscreen are always a must. We've always strived to provide a sense of comfort and security in every home we build.

Christmas in the Catskills!! We bought this home coming off the end of Covid trying to stay ready and sharp....my sorority sister introduced me to and my brother saw a wonderful Contractor working on some siding across the street from his house. 2 years later and a wonderful collaboration is William Street. A 200 year old Federal style home that we added to our portfolio that we enjoy all the time year round.

Happy Soulful Sunday! As fall arrives tomorrow, I'm sharing some last looks at our breathtaking William Street project. This historic gem was a challenge, but the result is pure magic! From the outdoor oasis to the basement's cigar lounge and game space, every detail shines. We're loving the added touches like the laundry space, bar sink, and relaxation areas. The Catskills offer so much - from art to history to peaceful escapes. Can't wait to share more projects with you this Fall!

Winning Wednesday! Take a look at how we transformed these bathrooms. From 1 bathroom to 2 baths and a powder room, we completely renovated the space. Indoor plumbing wasn't common until much later, especially in homes from the 1800s. We updated the plumbing system and repurposed rooms to create our dream bathrooms. The primary bath gives waterfall vibes, the guest bath has a stunning steam shower, and the powder room's black and terracotta design is everything.

Check out the stunning transformation from our mudroom to the living room, centered around our beautiful kitchen! We tackled water damage head-on, replacing a wall, sill plate, and installing new Anderson windows that now flood the first floor with light. Repurposed shiplap adds texture to the mudroom walls, and a custom bench from our cabinet maker is the perfect spot to kick off dusty boots after a long day.
