🚨 TERAFAB UPDATE 🚨

The Texas Comptroller has approved all 8 tax incentive applications tied to the proposed Terafab project in Grimes County—another major milestone for a development that could reshape the future of our region. One of the LARGEST economic development projects of our time.

So why does this matter?

When significant employers move into an area, it often creates a ripple effect:
🏡 Increased housing demand
🔑 More rental needs
🏗️ New development opportunities
🛍️ Growth for local businesses
📈 Long-term economic investment

While there are still many steps ahead before anything is finalized, this is one of the most significant economic development stories the Brazos Valley has seen in decades.

As someone who lives, works, and helps families buy and sell real estate throughout the Brazos Valley, I’ll continue sharing updates and what they could mean for our local market.

Today is a special one. 🏡✨

My best friend and the amazing admin behind the scenes of my business closed on her new home today!

In a market where it’s so hard to find a 4-bedroom home close to town that checks all the boxes, this one came along at exactly the right time. The moment we walked through it, it just felt right. One of those moments where you can’t help but think, “Okay God, I see You.” 💛 The forever kind of family home.

This home is full of character, charm, and so much potential. I already know it will be filled with laughter, celebrations, cozy nights, and countless memories for her and her girls. Plus many office meetings and brainstorming sessions! 🥰

I couldn’t be more excited to watch it become everything it’s meant to be. Some houses are worth waiting for, and this one absolutely was.

This one started with a referral from their daughter and four years later, here we are.🥳

Since July 2022, we’ve been on this journey together. They were ready to leave the home where they raised their kids and come back where they belong — back to Aggieland, back to their people, back to community. And that’s exactly what they found.

After multiple properties, multiple possibilities, and one well-earned win in a multiple-offer situation — we landed them on a cul-de-sac pocket where the neighbors are everything. The family selling loved that home deeply, and I think they knew it was going to exactly the right people.

This house? Landscaped like a park. The kind of place you just feel when you pull in.

The second photo says it all — June in Texas, 100 degrees, and these two have jokes. 😂 The first one is us making it official.
This is their last home. And what a home it is.

I was there every step of the way, and I’d do it all again without hesitation. These people are the real deal — tied deep into this community, fun as they come, and some of the best clients I’ve had the privilege of serving.

Yesterday morning the Grimes County Commissioners Court voted 4-1 to approve the SpaceX Terafab reinvestment zone and tax abatement — a $55 billion initial investment, with the potential to grow much larger. If finalized, it will reshape the Brazos Valley.

A word to anyone who thinks this is happening “over there”: look at the map. Gibbons Creek Reservoir sits just 18 miles east of College Station — closer to us than it is to Navasota. The housing pressure, the traffic, the workforce, the water — lands on all of us. There is no “over there.”

That’s why we have to work together. Navasota, College Station, Bryan, Grimes & Brazos County, and our smaller neighbors — on economic development, housing, transportation, workforce, water and more — in a way we have not quite done before.

The chance to plan ahead is in front of us right now. Let’s not waste it.

We can protect what makes Aggieland ours — our neighborhoods, our schools, our pace, our character — while embracing what’s coming. Holding both will be the job.

To our neighbors across the Brazos Valley: we’re all in this together. Let’s show everyone how Aggieland works together to win the day!
