Saturday mornings are for treasure hunting. 🌿

One of my favorite things about creating Woodview Hideaway has been finding little pieces here and there instead of buying everything brand new. I will use a few things I found like the bird watching book and the Christmas bowls for The Little Hideaway and the rest we use in our home or giveaway to friends.

Sometimes I know exactly what I’m looking for… and sometimes the yard sale decides for me. 😂

Come along with me for a little Saturday morning hunting, then we’ll head home and see what treasures came back with me.

Come spend a little reset day with me at Little Woodview Hideaway. 🌿

One of my favorite parts of hosting is getting the house ready for the next guests. I want someone to walk in and immediately feel like somebody thought about them before they ever arrived.

So between stays, it’s back to fresh sheets, fluffy towels, restocking all the little things, cleaning every corner, and putting everything back just so.

It’s a lot of work for one tiny house 😂 — but I genuinely love this part.

Little Woodview is still pretty new, and I’m learning this whole hosting thing as I go. I thought I’d start sharing more of what happens behind the scenes out here — the cleaning days, guest prep, little improvements, country life, and probably an occasional appearance from Boban, our resident tortoise. 🐢

So here’s today’s quiet little reset. No music, no talking — just the sounds of getting Little Woodview ready for its next guests. 🤎
