Starting him early on learning. Today, Wesley learned that the average sales price in BCS is $345,170. That's only 1% difference from January 2022 average sales price. Have a neighbor or neighbors that annoy you? Here are some tips that may help.

1. Try out the neighborhood before you purchase. Walk or drive around the neighborhood at different times of the day and night to see what goes on. Do this more than one day.

2. Just moved in, try being pleasant and friendly. Most people won't intentionally annoy someone who is pleasant and friendly towards them.

3. If someone annoys you, avoid them. Most people are too busy and when they are home they spend most of their time inside.

4. If you have an issue with a neighbor and can't avoid them or the issue, have a chat with them. Don't start off being aggressive but friendly and see how they react. They might be clueless that the issue bothers you and might be willing to make the change.

5. If you chat does not go over well and the issue is not resolved. See if the issue violates any local laws, ordinances, or HOA rules. If it does, put it in writing that you would like to resolve the issue without reporting. If that does not solve the issue report them.

6. If there is just too many issues and you and/or your family are miserable at home. It might be time to move. But just remember, your next neighbors might not be any better. So before you buy, go back to #1.
