→ New builds still start in the low $200s

→ SpaceX Terafab is 18 miles out — jobs and tax dollars start rolling in 2026

→ It's approved, but not signed yet — that's the buyer's window

→ Always take the corner lot

→ These builds are semi-custom, so timing the build is everything
Highway 6 puts you a straight shot to Austin, Houston, and Bryan-College Station. Quiet town. Not a stuck one.
