Most folks think they move to Grimes County for the jobs.
They don't.
Thirteen minutes from the new SpaceX site, you can stand on a full acre in Anderson, Texas and hear nothing but wind and owls. The job is just what makes it possible. The land is what they're really after.
You can renovate a kitchen. Add a room. Build a pool. You can't make the lot bigger. In a county still priced like nobody's watching, the dirt is the asset — and it's the one thing they're not making more of.
That's the part most people figure out too late.
If you're relocating to the Bryan–College Station area, comment BUY and I'll show you what the land does for the legacy, not just the listing.
Your legacy begins when your excuses end.
