We are hiring a Procurement Manager in our College Station office!

This position will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing process in our growing construction businesses, including, but not limited to: vertical construction costing & estimating, managing bid processes, scoping bid proposals, preparing subcontracts and purchase orders for ex*****on, implementing new and existing systems and processes related to purchasing, and field/trade communications.

Person will work with both our residential and commercial teams.

The team behind Caprock Development and Caprock Construction recently launched a Residential Development company - Kept Property Group and Residential Home building company - Kept Classic Homes.

We are currently building in the Texas Hill Country and have recently purchased 25 acres in Millican Reserve to do College Station's First 55+ Active Adult Single Family Home Community.

Kept Property Group has closed on 25 acres in Millican Reserve for College Station’s first 55+ Active Adult single-family community. Called Lakeside at Millican Reserve, our homebuilder Kept Classic Homes will be the exclusive builder for the first 64 homesites.

On the third day of Christmas, the Caprock Development team brings you Shipley Do-Nuts of Bryan and College Station, Texas. Shipley Do-Nuts was established in 1936 and has become widely known and loved. The College Station locations stand out by creating fun holiday-themed donuts and treats. Give Shipley’s a visit the next time you have a sweet tooth!

On the fourth day of Christmas, the Caprock Development team brings you Downtown Uncorked. We are so excited about having a Downtown Uncorked in The Yard in South College Station very soon! Ahhh 2020. What a difficult year it was. We have been so amazed and proud of our community and the businesses that work so hard for us.

Through determination and patience, most of our tenants and developments have been able to work through the hardships that 2020 has brought and we have stayed strong.

2021 has brought a lot of exciting new announcements so far and we can't wait to see what the rest of the year brings.
