Stephen's, along with Timothy Mayfield, MAI, COO, Partner, Sterling D. Fryar, ABR, MAI, Partner, and Carrie Hall, MAI, Partner have engaged in evaluating a wide selection of real estate, including: farms and ranches; commercial, retail and industrial properties; multi-family and student housing; and various special purpose properties throughout the state of Texas and the southern US. Paramount Property Analysts serves individual and business clients including banks, mortgage lenders, insurance companies, government agencies, asset management companies and developers. The experienced staff of Paramount Property Analysts undergoes continuous professional development in the analysis all types of real property through intensive education provided by The Appraisal Institute. In addition to real estate appraisals, Paramount Property Analysts provides a range of professional property tax consulting, investment counseling, and feasibility studies. These services are used in estate planning, investment analysis, mortgage loan and property condemnation processes. Paramount Property Analysts is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and subscribes to the Code of Ethics and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice of The Appraisal Institute.
