During National Hispanic Heritage Month, we honor the lives, legacies and accomplishments of the Hispanic and Latino communities. This month, our employee resource group VIDA hosted events across our markets and a moving discussion about resilience and empowerment. To round out the month, they are volunteering with a local food pantry to help provide food to our neighbors in need. Thank you, VIDA, for a month of connection, education and impact.

Our annual Cans for Change initiative returns this week as part of Rise by Bozzuto’s Season of Giving. Across our communities and offices, associates and residents will collect canned goods for local food banks and pantries. Our teams will also volunteer at food banks and shelters, supporting neighbors facing food insecurity in the places we call home. This year, we hope to surpass what we’ve accomplished in the past and make an even greater impact together.

Parkside at Providence Town Center is excited to invite local vendors to participate in our upcoming Fall Festival on Saturday, October 17th, from 1:00–4:00 PM!

The event will take place in the newly created park on Water Loop Drive and will bring together residents and Fall Fest guests for an afternoon of seasonal fun, community, and connection.

We’re opening our Fall Festival to vendors who would like to showcase their fashion, food, products, and services with our guests.

Vendor Details
• No vendor fee!
• Each participating vendor is kindly asked to provide a raffle prize or giveaway, which will be managed individually at your table.
• Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, chairs, and marketing materials for setup.
• Space is limited, so please reach out soon if you’re interested in participating. If you would like to join us, please contact [email protected].

Inclement Weather: In the event of inclement weather, vendors will have the option to set up in Parkside’s indoor amenity area.
