Market Update for 🏡KENNETT SQUARE🏡~
For All Condos/Twins/Townhomes in Kennett Square this past month:
No homes sold for under asking in Kennett Square, 1 sold AT asking and the other 2 sold for 5K and 30K OVER asking this past month.
The 3 homes took 4, 6 & 8 days to go under agreement. There were no seller assists (buyer credits). Please contact me for specifics, these variations take place for these reasons: the house (condition/location/bedroom count etc), the agents involved and how the houses were priced etc. If you are considering buying or selling I would love to discuss all of this with you and answer any questions you may have! If you have a specific scenario you want me to run, please let me know! PLEASE make sure you feel confident with your agent's pricing!! Market Update for 🏡DOWNINGTOWN🏡~
For All Condos/Twins/Townhomes in Downingtown this past month (excluding new construction):
We had a range of 20K UNDER asking to 40K OVER asking this past month in Downingtown.
3 of the 15 homes sold for UNDER asking, 2 sold AT asking price and 10 sold for OVER asking (not shifting as quickly here).
11 of the 15 homes went under contract in the first 6 days, 3 went under agreement in 9-14 days and 1 took 43 days to go under agreement. There was 1 seller assist (buyer credit) of 15.2K.
