Tim Gauntt is the regional sales manager of the Southlake/Colleyville Regional Office at CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company and the Central District Manager, which includes Century 21 Judge Fite Offices in North Fort Worth, Flower Mound, Fort Worth, Arlington, Cedar Hill, Grand Prairie and Dallas Bishop Arts. He loves assisting agents in closing their first listing, developing mentors to work with new agents and helping experienced agents achieve next-level results. As a regional sales manager, Tim’s goals include adding new agents to the office who meet core values, increasing profitability through training and coaching and helping clients achieve their personal home selling and buying goals. On a mission to serve the local community and industry, Tim is focused on improving communication with agents to provide them with all the necessary information for success. He believes that the most important thing a real estate professional can provide their clients is a listening ear. Outside the office, Tim enjoys playing with his grandchildren, golfing at Trophy Club Country Club, and working cattle at his ranch in Hico, Texas.
