You’ve sacrificed much in service to others. We want to say THANK YOU. One of the ways we can show our appreciation is in helping reduce your closing costs when buying or selling your home. We dedicate 20% of our gross commission to your closing costs and dontate another 5% into the Heroes Housing Assistance foundation which helps spouses of injured or deceased heroes bridge the gap on mortgage payments. How do you know you are working with the best Realtor®in your town?

Is it the one who has been doing it the longest? The one who sold the most houses the previous year? The one who drives the shiny new vehicle?

I’m going to let a secret out of the bag, and it’s not just applicable to Realtors®. Here’s an example. Why do you pick a doctor? Most can diagnose, and give you a treatment plan. What sets them apart? “Bedside Manner", how they treat you. You want to have a connection to that doctor. One that makes you feel confident in their abilities and comfortable in their care.

Every Realtor® in any state can do the basics to help you buy or sell a home.
All of us can show you houses, pull comps, put a sign in your yard. write offers, negotiate for you, take you to closing, and pick up a check.

Now for the real story. Real Estate is a calling!! It is not a 9-5 job. It’s a mission minded career. When you purchase or sell a home you need someone who has good "Bedside Manner", someone who will see the problems coming before they arise. You need someone who surrounds themselves with like minded professionals for your transaction to go as smoothly as possible.

Your Realtor should have an impressive group of Appraisers, Inspectors, Lenders, Contractors, Title Search companies, closing Attorneys etc;. You need a guide, a friend and most importantly someone who understands what it personally feels like to go through buying and selling a home. You want someone who’s experienced first hand the anxiety of the process playing out.

Choose your Realtor based on more than numbers. A solo agent working on 8-10 deals a month cannot dedicate multiple hours to your transaction. Where will you fall on the priority chart?

As Team Agents and husband and wife we truly become a support system to our clients. Our work does not end at the attorney’s office. We don’t close deals. We build relationships. We are here for all our clients years after the ink has dried on the documents at the closing table.

We aren’t the only Realtors® who do this, but they are few and far between. So choose carefully, and if there is anything we might be of service to you, concerning any real estate needs please don't hesitate to call on us.
