Today at our sales meeting with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices McLemore & Co., we talked about something bigger than real estate… ENERGY. ⚡

Larry Kendall of the Ninja Selling program discussed how energy is constantly transferred between people — from sender to receiver — and how the frequency we operate on impacts our business, relationships, and daily lives. We also explored Dr. Roger Sperry’s concept of “The Field” and how our brains act as both a filter and focusing device.

One of the biggest takeaways was the importance of operating in the POSITIVE ENERGY QUADRANT — focusing intentionally on the things we value, love, and want more of. 💭✨

We also discussed the powerful concept of the:
🔹 Circle of Control
🔹 Circle of Influence
🔹 Circle of Concern

Too often, distractions like headlines, interest rates, industry noise, and geopolitics consume our attention. But true growth comes from focusing on what we CAN control:
✔️ Our mindset
✔️ Our habits
✔️ Our health
✔️ Our discipline
✔️ The way we serve our clients and families

💡 “The enemy of mastery is distraction.”

Another favorite concept was FLOW — embracing productive, purposeful activity through the Ninja Nine system: five daily habits and four weekly habits that create consistency, momentum, and stronger relationships.
