Today, we celebrate the hard work, dedication, and contributions of workers everywhere who help keep our communities moving forward. ❤️🤍💙

In observance of Labor Day, the Tapestry Forest Creek office is closed today, Monday, September 7th. We will resume normal business hours tomorrow, Tuesday, September 8th.

Tapestry Tip Thursday! ☀️

As temperatures continue to rise, a few simple HVAC tips can help keep your home comfortable and your air conditioning system running efficiently.

✔️ Keep your thermostat between **72°F and 76°F** while you're home.
✔️ If you're away, set it to **78°F to 80°F** instead of turning it off completely. This helps prevent your apartment from becoming extremely hot and keeps your HVAC system from working overtime to cool it back down.
✔️ Remember that setting your thermostat to **60°F** will not cool your apartment faster. Your system cools at the same rate regardless of the setting and may run continuously during extreme heat.
✔️ Replace your air filter regularly if your apartment requires resident filter changes.
✔️ Keep vents clear and blinds closed during the hottest part of the day.

During periods of extreme heat, it is normal for your air conditioner to run longer than usual as it works to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature.

If your AC is blowing warm air, has little or no airflow, is leaking water, or your thermostat is not functioning properly, please submit a maintenance request through the resident portal.
