Alright, internet. I need answers. 😂

This little High Point Terrace cutie has been on the market for a while and at this point, someone needs to tell me why she’s still single.

3 bedrooms. 2 baths. Original hardwoods. Updated kitchen. New roof. Newer windows. Detached garage. Covered patio. And one of those neighborhoods people are always asking me about. Did I mention that the sellers are offering $5000 in closing cost?!

Some homes just have a way of bringing people together… and at Bray Station, there’s always a place to gather.

Around the fireplace with a house full of friends. Lingering over dinner in a room filled with natural light. Settling into a quiet corner for coffee and conversation. Moving outside when the weather is too good to stay in. Or finding the spot where everyone can simply kick back and get comfortable.

We’ve taken a peak behind the gate… now let’s step inside. What better place to start than the kitchen, the heart of the home🤍

Beautiful, yes — but it’s the way this kitchen lives that really sets it apart.
