The good news is: most buyers can use a real estate agent with little to no out-of-pocket cost because the agent is typically paid through the transaction (often by the seller or builder).

I am thankful for all of the support and trust from everyone around me! Even during this strange market, the Lord has continued to provide opportunities. I am very blessed that I have gotten to work with so many great people this year. It doesnt happen without great people around me and referrals sent to me. It’s extremely appreciated! There are a bunch of exciting things coming up as well! Plenty of people are getting incredible deals on homes and their mortgage payments. You just have to have someone you trust and someone who is in the market and knows how to work the market that we are in.
