I came across this post on my feed and was shocked to see the amount of agents saying they would not answer a messsge from a client at 9pm because they operate like any other business.

I agree boundaries and professionalism is important, but as someone who tends to over think most things if I can answer a quick question from my client to ease their mind so they can sleep peacefully I will absolutely respond to your message. I do run a business, but I do not treat my clients like a transaction. I truly care about your home buying/selling experience and will do everything I can to make it as easy and stress free as possible. Remember this when picking your agent!
