Our apartments are located in the heart of Collinsville. Close to highway access and located in the center of big named shopping centers and restaurants. The apartments come equipped with a washer, dryer, and dishwasher in the unit. Some of our apartments include water/sewer/trash/electric utilities
Our other apartments come with storage

Qualifications:
Must be 18+
-$40.00 application fee is required for all household members 18+
-Along with the application, a current copy of all applicant(s) 18+ Driver's License and Social Security Card are required
-Credit score of 570+ and deposit is based on credit score
-Rental history is verified
-Three most recent check stubs
-Monthly income must be 3x monthly rental amount
-Must not have any evictions or felonies (credit and criminal background check is preformed)
***Please note that the application fee must be paid, and we must have a copy of paycheck stubs and driver's license(s) before processing of application)
