Certified Home Inspections, LLC We provide home inspections for customers who are selling or buying a home. We provide home inspections to buyers and sellers.

For sellers, we offer a pre-sale inspection so that there are no surprises when you get an offer on your home. You're aware of any deficiencies and can either disclose them or correct them before putting your home on the market. For buyers, we inspect the home you want to purchase so that you're aware of any deficiencies or conditions that may need attention. We go by a 2800+ checklist when inspec

ting the home, whether for the seller or the buyer. We check all components of the structure that are visually and safely accessible. We take pictures the whole time we're there, and once the inspection is over, we compile a report of our findings. We provide a hard copy and an electronic version. If you're local, we sit down with you and go over the report, answering any questions you might have. If you're not in town, we set up a phone conference to go over the report. Along with our inspections we offer a Recall Check, a 90-Day Home Warranty, and our special Buy-Back Guarantee. Our inspectors have extensive education and training. David Moon, owner of Certified Home Inspections, is a Certified Master Inspector and holds a residential builder's license in both Mississippi and Alabama. He has extensive education in residential construction and residential wiring methods. He is licensed as a home inspector in the state of Mississippi and is FHA licensed. He holds memberships in the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors and the International Code Council. He is also an affiliate member of the Meridian Board of Realtors and the Mississippi Association of Realtors. Hanne Moon is his wife and co-owner of Certified Home Inspections. She is also a Certified Master Inspector and is licensed in the state of Mississippi. Certified Home Inspections has been providing quality home inspections since 2008 to Meridian and the surrounding areas. Your home will be the largest investment you'll make.
