The Carver County market is continuing to show some consistency, with homes spending just under 4 weeks on the market on average and sellers still receiving very close to asking price.

July is in the books. Staying pretty consistent with the homes on the market lasting 2.5 weeks on average and selling at list price. Summer is winding down as school starts in the next month or so. If you have to move before school starts, it's still possible right now! I have some amazing lenders who can get you preapproved today! I skipped May because life just got too busy. BUT here are June stats for Carver County. The sale to list ratio and sq ft didn't change too much, but there were more homes sold and a higher median price. Carver County stays fairly consistent from what I have watched- and with new neighborhoods popping up in Carver/ Victoria it is not surprising to see the sale price increase.

Spring has Sprung... in the housing market anyways! March we saw the uptick in homes for sale and more buyers. With homes only staying on the market 1/3 the time they were in February, we are in for a fun summer! It just show, if you're ready to buy, let's be prepared with a strong offer and a great lender to help get to the closing table with little issues.
