Please join us for 2nd Friday Art Walk, September 11th from 6 to 9PM. A reminder the Colonial Beach Trolley will run from 5:30 to 8:30PM so no worries about parking.

***PEDDLERS MARKET*** A new art walk participant. Located in the Colonial Beach Shopping Center, 501 Euclid Ave. – Peddlers Market is a large indoor vendor boutique featuring over 75 small business, offering a diverse selection of unique items including local crafts and arts. Please check their FB page for specific, family friendly offerings for September.
***CB TRAIN JUNCTION***A new art walk participant. 509 Colonial Beach Ave. This month’s featured artist is Bob Bernardino, maker of hand-made metal art will be displaying his work Friday evening. Custom made items by Mike Byle. Light snacks provided.

COLONIAL BEACH MASSAGE – 222 Wilder Ave. – Undergoing renovations and will join us after completion of renovations.
COLDWELL BANKER ELITE – 233 N. Irving Ave. – New work by members of the CB Artists’ Guild. We have a theme for September of “Back to School”. Come see the work of our Colonial Beach Artist’s Guild members, art is up for the month. Music and Refreshments.
***THE POTOMAC PERK AT BOB’S BEANS ROASTERY***A new art walk participant. Located at 201 Wilder Ave. The featured artist for September is Bob Smith. Please stop in and see our newest coffee shop and roastery.
CB BREWERY – 215 Washington Ave – Open late, with art and supporting Art Walk.
CB CREATIVE ART CENTER – 114 Washington Avenue – Please join us for the artist’s reception for the featured artist, Micki Costello. Come see her delightful oil creations, created as a homage to the water, land and laborers. Refreshments will be served.
***THE TINY TAILGATE***A new art walk participant. 113 Washington Ave. Located in the food truck lot across from CB Creative and next door to Wiley’s and Orchid Thai. The Tiny Tailgate will be starting a community fairy and gnome garden. Beginning the project Friday, September 11th for Second Friday Art Walk and continuing with Crafternoons every Saturday in September from 1-2PM.
BEACH PAWS BOUTIQUE – 116B Hawthorn – Hosting their annual Back to School Pet Photo Contest. Text a pic of your pet with education related toys, kids at the bus stop with pet or the proverbial “my dog ate my homework”. Use your imagination. Deadline for entry, Thurs. 9/10 at midnight. JARRETT THOR GALLERY and THE ARTISTS ALLIANCE – 100 Taylor – Artists’ Alliance presents September’s featured artist, Kathryn Murray. From abstracts, to whimsical variations on landscapes to broad ranging florals, the new work by Kathryn is a departure from much of her previous work. Come visit and take in Kathryn’s new and exciting work. Carl and Joyce Thor continue to sell their art in the adjoining galleries. Refreshments served.
RIO’S CUSTOM CREATIONS – 103 N IRVING #102 – Rio’s will be hosting DJ Flavors and Suni Conception Studios and Sew Fun Colonial Beach, CB’s town seamstress. Come on by.
COLONIAL BEACH UTD METHODIST CHURCH – 1 Washington Avenue – CB United Methodist Church will feature local artist, Angelita Hunter, baker with her sourdough and treats. Featured snack this month will be Mac n Cheese. Learn Chess strategies with Steve, play a game of Corn Hole, share Storytime with Sue and work on some crafts. Come on down. The Trolley will drop you off and pick you up. See less
